Cyberspace, despite its benefits in facilitating communication and access to information, also poses serious risks to children and adolescents. Easy access to inappropriate content and the possibility of unhealthy online interactions can significantly increase the likelihood of this vulnerable group engaging in criminal behavior (delinquency) or becoming victims (victimization). This study, using a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on library resources and statistical data available in Turkey, shows a direct correlation between the use of cyberspace and the increased risk of children and adolescents becoming involved in criminal behavior (delinquency) or becoming victims (victimization). Key factors include easy access to inappropriate content and a lack of sufficient supervision by parents and guardians. To address this problem, we need to develop and implement effective oversight policies, media literacy education for parents and adolescents, and close cooperation between government agencies and non-governmental organizations active in the field of children's rights. This research can assist policymakers, parents, and child rights activists in designing and implementing more effective prevention and support programs.
