Absolute liability, as an accidental and relatively new phenomenon, came into being in the wake of the increasing threats and potential dangers arising from the use of new industrial products and artifacts. In recent years, many countries have shown a greater inclination to enact crimes with absolute liability in order to protect public interests and interests. Despite being aware of the necessity of this criminalization, our legislator, in an ambiguous article of the Islamic Penal Code approved in 1392 and without aligning with contemporary legal trends, based criminal liability arising from the act of another on the assumption of fault. The findings of the research show that our laws in the field of the principles of criminal liability arising from the act of another require fundamental reforms. some natural and legal persons operate in territories with such potential social danger and, by possessing financial resources, have such power and influence that by ignoring the fundamental economic and social rights of citizens, they sacrifice their dignified lives for the sake of economic interests; Therefore, considering higher standards of criminal liability for them is not only not against the principles of criminal law but also the same as justice. In fact, criminalizing crimes with absolute liability can protect the basic and fundamental values of society and guarantee the security and welfare of citizens.
