Law is one of the important branches of social sciences that examines the rules governing relationships between people (both real and legal) in the social arena. Considering the importance of this science and its role in solving emerging issues and problems, this journal presents the latest research achievements in the field of private law. It is obvious that with the emergence of new social relations and as a result the importance of some legal issues, new and independent branches of law have emerged, and this magazine has a special look at these fields.
